No. We use Google OAuth. You authorize our access with one click, using Google's own secure system. We never see or store your Google password. Alternatively, you can add hello@localboostlab.com as a Manager to your GBP manually from your GBP settings.
Currently, posts are published automatically on schedule. If you'd like to review content before publishing, you can email us at any time and we'll set you up on a preview workflow (available on Complete plan).
Absolutely. Email us at hello@localboostlab.com with the details and we'll create and schedule a custom post. On the Complete plan, urgent custom posts are handled within 4 hours.
We follow Google's GBP content policies strictly. All content is reviewed against current guidelines before publishing. On the Complete plan, you also get monthly health audits and suspension risk alerts. In the unlikely event of a flag, we immediately pause posting and help you respond to Google's process.
No problem. We use AI-generated images that are appropriate for your industry and services. We'll always use your real photos when you have them, they perform better, but we can keep your profile active with generated imagery in the meantime.
Email support@localboostlab.com and we'll process your cancellation within 24 hours. No questions asked. Your service continues through the end of your current billing period. We remove GBP access immediately upon cancellation.
